Aus der MTD Products AG wird nun die Stanley Black & Decker Outdoor GmbH.
Außer dem neuen Namen sowie der Rechtsform wird sich nicht viel ändern.

MTD Products AG will now become Stanley Black & Decker Outdoor GmbH.
